Jordan Brand has brought us some FIRE renditions of the Air Jordan 1 High this year. Celebrating their 30th anniversary wouldn’t be right without a slew of Air Jordan 1s releasing. After all, it’s the sneaker that started it all.
One rendition we’re all excited to get our hands on is the Air Jordan 1 High “Shattered Backboard.” After news of the sneaker coming to retailers in OG fashion, more photos of the sneaker have just surfaced. Inspired by Michael’s infamous Backboard Shattering dunk in 1985 during a Nike Exhibition game, this rendition of the Air Jordan 1 High will easily become an instant classic.
Dressed in a mixture of Team Orange, Black, and White the sneaker’s colorway comes from the jersey Michael wore during that game. The insoles feature a Shattered Backboard graphic to finish things off. June 27th is the sneakers release date. Let us know if these are on your cop list.
