Summer is coming down to an end, and fall is upon us. To some that means it’s time to trade in you slides for something a little more warm, but too many including myself, it does not change anything since we wear slides all year long. Next up for the Swoosh is a set of brand new Nike Benassi Solarsoft Slides that are dubbed the “Corduroy” pack for obvious reasons.
With corduroy known for being warm material/fabric best used for the colder months, Nike thought it would implement this fabric on to their slide for the winter. What you see above is five different colorways that include navy, black, green, maroon and grey, each of them opting to go with a tonal look on the entire sandal. The bridge is made out of corduroy and is tagged with a Swoosh on the forefoot of the bridge. Completing the minimal look of the slide is the footbed which comes built with Nike’s patented Solarsoft technology.
